Exam

Written examination (Closed book) will be conducted at the end of the course. Participants who score 70% and above in both the continuous assessment and written examination will be issued a Certificate of Achievement, while the others will be issued a Certificate of Attendance.

Certification

On successful completion of the course, a certificate will be issued to the participant. The certificate is valid for three years for the purpose of auditor certification by IRCA.

Course Contents

    • This course provides an overview of Six Sigma concepts and language and an introduction to the Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) process improvement cycle.

      The course material is divided into number of Chapters and Exercises. Each chapter will provide enough information based on the learning objectives of that chapter. Also there are practical exercises pertaining to the chapters (wherever relevant). The outputs of the exercises are a part of the formal continuous assessment and will therefore be marked. Although the exercises are group exercises individual score to the delegate will be based on their overall participants, involvement in the relevant chapter presentation and in the exercise.

Entry Requirement

-The course is designed for experienced food safety professionals. All delegates should have reasonably good understanding on safety principles & concepts and basic requirements 

-Knowledge of English is essential.
